 Christopher R. Penty
Christopher R. Penty obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, followed by his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1982.
Christopher Penty has practiced litigation for 29 years with an emphasis on civil litigation. He has specialized in litigation of estates, tax, civil sexual assault, complex corporate/commercial work and personal injury.
Christopher Penty has maintained a strong business focus during the many years of his practice, and as such is able to provide a broad range of solicitor services as well. Christopher Penty is a past President of the Kelowna Bar Association, past Chairman of the Rutland Business Association, as well as the past President of the Morningside Rotary Club for 2004 - 2005. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Okanagan Hospice Association and is active in fundraising for that organization, as well as local Rotary Charities.

 Thomas M. Berger, Lawyer
Thomas grew up in Toronto , Ontario, and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. After backpacking Europe for several months, he caught the travel bug and spent the next 7 years living in South Korea and Australia.
Thomas completed his articles with a high profile Criminal Lawyer in the lower mainland, and was called to the bar in February of 2011. He grew fond of the Okanagan Valley visiting both friends and family here, and relocated to Kelowna. Thomas is currently focused on building a general practice, including legal services such as Wills/Estates, Conveyancing, and Immigration. He accepts Legal Aid referrals for Family issues.
While not at work, Thomas enjoys playing squash, skiing, traveling, scuba diving and anything to do with hockey. He is also learning to play the guitar!
